The quickest way is from the app: Settings › Report a problem (or Suggest an idea). It sends us your message along with the app version and, if you choose, a screenshot or two, so we can see what you see.

Common questions

Where are my recipes kept?

On your iPhone and in your own iCloud account, so they sync between your devices. Forkd Labs can't see them. If you sign in to iCloud on a new iPhone and install Forkd, your recipes come back.

What's the difference between Free and Forkd Pro?

Your recipes, your own versions of them, your plans and your shopping lists are free. Forkd Pro adds Forkie, Forkd's AI helper: reading recipes from photos, screenshots and pasted text, writing new recipes and versions for your family's needs, checking every ingredient against your family's allergies and needs, full nutrition for each recipe, planning the week in one tap, and tidying the shopping list. The app shows exactly what's free and what's Pro before you subscribe.

How do I cancel Forkd Pro?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Forkd and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews to avoid the next charge.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I subscribed but Pro isn't unlocked.

Open Forkd, go to the Forkd Pro screen and tap Restore purchases, making sure you're signed in with the Apple Account you subscribed with.

I have a code for Forkd Pro.

Open the Forkd Pro screen in the app and tap Redeem a code.

Can I trust the allergy warnings?

They're there to help, not to replace reading labels. Forkd points out ingredients that name an allergen or often hide one, but products and recipes change, so always check the label of what you buy.

How do I delete my data?

Delete recipes in the app, or remove everything at once from your iCloud storage in Settings › your name › iCloud. To ask us to delete a message you've sent us, email dev@forkd.food.
